Why OLED evo Makes a Difference to Your Viewing Experience
OLED technology changes the way a television produces an image.
Unlike conventional LED displays that rely on a backlight, OLED uses individually controlled self-lit pixels. This allows the TV to produce exceptionally deep blacks alongside bright, precisely controlled highlights.
On a 65-inch 4K display, that pixel-level control helps create an image with greater depth and definition — particularly in movies and other content with dramatic lighting.

How Perfect Black and Perfect Color Bring More Realism to the Screen
See Darkness Without Losing Detail
Perfect Black is one of the defining advantages of OLED technology. Individual pixels can switch completely off when displaying black, helping create a deep, clean black level.
This creates greater separation between dark and bright areas, allowing details to stand out more naturally.

Vibrant Color Without Losing Contrast
Perfect Color complements the OLED display's contrast capabilities by delivering vivid and accurate-looking colors.
From subtle skin tones to bright landscapes and richly colored cinematic scenes, the combination helps create an engaging and detailed picture.

What Is Hyper Radiant Color Technology?
More Impactful OLED Brightness and Color
The G6 introduces Hyper Radiant Color technology as part of its OLED evo display experience.
It is designed to enhance the impact of bright images while maintaining the contrast and color characteristics associated with OLED. LG describes the G6 as its most advanced OLED display technology, with its Brightness Booster Ultra technology designed to deliver significantly higher peak brightness.

How the α11 AI Processor Gen3 Enhances Every Scene
Intelligent 4K Picture Processing
The α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 is the processing engine behind the G6's AI-powered picture experience.
It works with AI Picture Pro and AI Super Upscaling 4K to analyze compatible content and enhance sharpness, texture and detail. LG also uses Dynamic Tone Mapping Ultra to optimize compatible HDR scenes.

AI That Works Behind the Scenes
Rather than relying on one fixed picture setting, the processor can analyze different types of content and optimize the presentation accordingly.
That means movies, sports and everyday television content can each benefit from processing designed around their individual characteristics.

Why Dolby Vision Makes Your Movies More Cinematic
HDR Designed for Greater Depth
Dolby Vision uses dynamic HDR information to optimize compatible scenes, helping produce greater contrast, color depth and detail.
On the OLED G6's 65-inch display, this can make cinematic content feel more immersive, particularly in scenes where bright highlights and deep shadows appear together.
The TV also supports HDR10 and HLG, providing compatibility with a broad range of HDR content.

How Dolby Atmos Complements the OLED Picture
Immersive Audio for Movies and Shows
A premium picture deserves an equally engaging sound experience.
The G6 features AI Sound Pro with 11.1.2 Virtual Surround and supports Dolby Atmos, creating a more spacious and immersive sound experience from compatible content.
With a 4.2-channel, 60W audio system, the TV is designed to deliver substantial built-in audio for movies, sports and everyday viewing.

Why 165Hz VRR Makes the G6 a Serious Gaming TV
Smooth Motion at High Refresh Rates
The LG OLED G6 supports VRR up to 165Hz, allowing compatible gaming hardware to take advantage of high refresh rates for smoother motion.

For fast-paced games, a high refresh rate can make movement appear more fluid while helping provide a more responsive gaming experience.

NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync
The G6 supports both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync, giving gamers flexibility when connecting compatible gaming PCs and hardware.

Combined with its HDMI 2.1 connectivity, the G6 is designed to handle demanding modern gaming setups.

Less Than 0.1ms Response Time
LG lists a response time of less than 0.1ms, making the G6 particularly well suited to fast-paced competitive gaming where responsiveness matters.

Why HDMI 2.1 Matters for Your Gaming Setup
Four HDMI 2.1 Ports
The G6 includes four HDMI 2.1 ports, supporting features including 4K 120Hz, eARC, VRR, ALLM, QMS and QFT.
This gives you enough connectivity to build a more comprehensive entertainment setup without constantly swapping cables between devices.

How webOS 26 Makes the G6 Smarter
Your Entertainment in One Place
webOS 26 brings supported streaming services, applications and connected entertainment together through LG's smart TV platform.
The G6 also supports features such as LG Channels, Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, LG ThinQ and Google Home, allowing the television to connect with a wider smart-home ecosystem.

Gemini and Microsoft Copilot
The G6 integrates AI experiences including Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, providing additional ways to search for information, discover content and interact with compatible smart features.
Availability of individual AI services and features can vary by region and service.

AI Magic Remote
The included AI Magic Remote MR26 provides intuitive control of the television and its smart features, making navigation and voice-based interaction easier.

Why Glare Free Technology Matters in a Bright Room
Enjoy OLED Without Constant Reflections
The G6 features Reflection Free Premium / Glare Free technology, designed to minimize distracting reflections from ambient light.
This is particularly useful in rooms with windows, overhead lighting or other bright sources, helping you stay focused on the picture rather than reflections on the screen. LG says the G6's Reflection Free Premium technology is certified by Intertek.

A TV Designed for Movies, Sports and Gaming
The OLED G6 isn't built around just one type of entertainment.

For Movie Lovers
OLED's Perfect Black, Hyper Radiant Color, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos create a strong foundation for cinematic viewing.

For Gamers
165Hz VRR, G-SYNC, FreeSync, HDMI 2.1 and sub-0.1ms response time provide the specifications needed for a high-performance gaming setup.

For Sports Fans
The combination of OLED contrast, vivid color and high refresh-rate capabilities helps fast-moving sports remain engaging and immersive.

For Everyday Streaming
webOS 26, AI features and connected entertainment services give you a convenient smart TV experience for everyday use.
